Himalayan Blooms India Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at himalayanblooms.org operated by Himalayan Blooms India. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to inform us of the issue with the product within 10 calendar days of receiving the product by emailing at himalayanblooms@gmail.com. The product will only be refunded if the product was received damaged/torn by the customer and still has the labels intact. The decision whether to initiate a refund or not lies with the Himalayan Blooms India team and the same will be communicated to the customer within 7 days of filing of complaint. The refund will be in the form of Gift Card of the same value as that of the product (excluding the shipping cost) which you can redeem on your next order or gift it to someone. This helps us keep our margins low and transfer most of the benefits to the artisan, we thank you for your kind understanding. 


Purchase in India 

You can ship the product to the address mentioned in the end of the document. After we receive your item, our women will inspect it and process your refund within 3 days of receiving the product. In case the order is part of a larger order, only the damaged product will be considered for refund. 

Purchase outside India 

The decision to initiate refund will be based on the photographs/video of the product, and a video call if required. As shipping cost can be a burden to both you and us, keep the product and we will refund you the product amount excluding the shipping as a gift card.
